Hey, I'm supposed to be an independent, self-publishing fiction writer through my Samizdat Publications and yet selling my first published books had became difficult despite the good story quality and affordability of these. I think that I'll be returning soon to that search for a publishing company like I did in the past and so I must lay down my "pride" for my other unpublished manuscripts. I hope that I'll find a just and humane publisher who is open-minded to give chance to aspiring fiction writers like me, support Philippine literature and renewed interest in reading books, and without the attitude of treating the publishing industry as just some business gamble.

SOLILOQUY According to Webster’s Dictionary, soliloquy (so-lil-o-kwi) n. /plural soliloquies/ is the act of speaking one’s thoughts aloud in solitude; a speech in a play through which a character reveals his/ her thoughts to the audience, but not to any of the other characters, by voicing them aloud , usually in solitude. (derived from Latin soliloquium “to speak alone”). Grolier International Dictionary defines soliloquy as a literary or dramatic form of discourse in which a character talks to himself/ herself or reveals his/her thoughts in the form of a monologue without addressing a listener; the act of speaking to oneself in or as in solitude.

Chili Pepper and Chilly Weather

I really love introspective paintings depicting landscapes and seascapes during the night. Sunset reminds of inevitable farewell just like that day when my grandfather closed his eyes and left this world. And yet, the soft light of the setting sun is a glorious sight to behold and nostalgic eulogies and reminiscences are evoked. Night that follows is dark but it has the calmness that recalls of rest away from weariness which had always been part of life.

Hehehe, animo 2004 pa lang ngayon para sa akin or it’s not the usual throwback thing but it’s just like the ‘90s feel.
First Letter of St. John or 1 John 5:16- “If you see your fellow committing sin, a sin which does not lead to death, pray for him, and God will forgive him. I speak, of course, of the sin which does not lead to death. There is also a sin that leads to death; I do not speak of praying about this. Every kind of wrongdoing is sin, but not all sin leads to death.”

Fernando Amorsolo's "Defense of Honor" (courtesy of Wikipedia/ please, this is for art criticism/ interpretation of the subject and not infringement!)

“Lately, I been, I been losing sleep/ Dreaming about the things that we could be/ But baby, I been, I been, I been praying hard/ Said no more counting dollars/ We’ll be counting stars/ We’ll be counting stars...”

The lines mentioned above came from the hit single from OneRepublic, “Counting Stars”.
Good music is the real deal and not the treacherous  and fake “feel good” brought by drugs. Tweet to this, tweet to that hanggang kay Pope Francis @pontifex nang tinanong ko siya kung ano ang paninindigan niya sa controversial liberation theology since he came from Argentina, a Latin American nation.
The tweets were in perfect English... and no replies anyway.
