Hey, I'm supposed to be an independent, self-publishing fiction writer through my Samizdat Publications and yet selling my first published books had became difficult despite the good story quality and affordability of these. I think that I'll be returning soon to that search for a publishing company like I did in the past and so I must lay down my "pride" for my other unpublished manuscripts. I hope that I'll find a just and humane publisher who is open-minded to give chance to aspiring fiction writers like me, support Philippine literature and renewed interest in reading books, and without the attitude of treating the publishing industry as just some business gamble.

SOLILOQUY According to Webster’s Dictionary, soliloquy (so-lil-o-kwi) n. /plural soliloquies/ is the act of speaking one’s thoughts aloud in solitude; a speech in a play through which a character reveals his/ her thoughts to the audience, but not to any of the other characters, by voicing them aloud , usually in solitude. (derived from Latin soliloquium “to speak alone”). Grolier International Dictionary defines soliloquy as a literary or dramatic form of discourse in which a character talks to himself/ herself or reveals his/her thoughts in the form of a monologue without addressing a listener; the act of speaking to oneself in or as in solitude.

The Tropical Sunlight Here is Fiercer and Brighter than the Summer Solstice Over the Stonehenge

Beatification of Pope John Paul II: Even before he was born, he was already blessed because of the destiny the Lord God would grant him. Sixteen years ago, that was in January 1995, even though I knew little about him then nor had seen him personally, I was like anyone else who got this silent but blissful feeling which didn’t need further explanation to do everytime I look at his smiling and peaceful portraits and video footages seen on TV, magazines or newspapers, and books. People love him; even non-Catholics or anybody of different faiths express their admiration for him and even got a picture of him. The rest of the world have Sinead O’ Connor’s notoriety sank in its own quicksand and blotted out those folks who are angry over the reported or alleged sins of some fallen clergy and even blamed the late pope in their trials by publicity. I ain’t no mind reader nor a superpsychologist yet everytime I gaze at the blessed pope’s portrait, I believe that he had sacrificed his whole life in service to God and the world.

From Saudi Arabia with Pride even after being Stripped of Citizenship: The Journey of Osama bin Laden from the Oil-rich Desert Kingdom and Finally to Pakistan’s Verdant Summer Capital: In less than 24 hours after the beatification of Pope John Paul II whom one of his past protégé attempted to assassinate during the World Youth Day ’95 in Manila...what an icon he was (?); well, he once was an innocent little boy growing up in the arid sands of his country and who would also thought then that this kid with the face of an angel (?) would grow up to be the world’s most wanted terrorist? Now that the Arab nations are too busy with the problems and conflicts right there in their own yards, any spare time for a ‘dramatic final salute’ to the man who once earned all the emotions the world has to offer? He’s already at the bottom of the sea, forever in slumber. The calmest and most peaceful on the sea floor, what a resting place for a man whose name was once associated with bloodshed, hatred and bigotry.

How about the ‘sweet pabonggahan/extravagance’ of that birthday party of his mommy dearest? Well, anyway... Pacquiao is one of a kind talaga. Hmp!
Dog Days and Nights of Sirius and the Rare Planetary Alignment of Mercury, Venus, Mars, and Jupiter in the Eastern Horizon Shortly Before Sunrise- Tila nang-uuyam ang matinding alinsangan ngayong Mayo at hindi lang mabigkas ang “Nyenyenyenye!

Pictures taken last May 6- brother and sister-in-law’s house blessing in Lipa, Batangas; you can’t find this weird blogger there... I was the photographer, though!

Hey, look closely at the middle of this picture na kuha sa isang bangin sa Barangay Manggahan, Mataas na Kahoy, Batangas (outside the famous La Virginia hotel and resort; please see www.lavirginiaresort.com).

Picture got zoomed to reveal more that the green figure is a fresh banana leaf (bakit ba naman kasi hindi pa nasentro sa litratong ito?).

"The Blue Marble" -Apollo 17's Picture of the Planet Earth: The last primary photo of my Friendster profile before I finally sign it out before May 31
Kahit na hindi ako madalas mag-log in dito ay nagkaroon ito ng sentimental value para sa akin (related statements in my first blog post here in Blogger with the title “Fakesbukbok, Fecesbook, Fartville”). And before I forget, the list of friends.
The pictures here, except Batangas souvenir images, are from Google photos! Thanks, sources! :)
